The Center for Business and Economic Development is a Purdue University Northwest College of Business consulting program that matches students with experienced faculty to solve client’s business and community economic development problems.
Program participants work hand-in-hand with students to integrate their classroom knowledge into client’s real-life business issues, while also tapping into the knowledge of Purdue Northwest faculty and their many years of outside consulting accomplishments.

How to Become a Client
The Center for Business and Economic Development is continually reviewing and accepting new clients throughout the year on a first come, first served basis.
To be accepted, a client must agree to help develop a clearly defined project plan of work before all parties begin the process. Second, clients must make themselves available and participate in client/center meetings as needed to move the project forward.
