3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
At this meeting we expect to raise questions on what makes teaching great. Is it practical skills? Or moral virtues, like those reflected in the teacher-student relationship? Or, the teacher’s academic skills and competence? Or, the quality of topics discussed? Or, a mix of these? Does the teacher’s power of communication depend on material factors like technology, or love for students?
Open to all PNW faculty.
The Pedagogy Circle is co-sponsored by the Dept. of History & Philosophy and the Center for Faculty Development & Leadership.
