COVID-19 Career Center Guidelines

In accordance with guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Protection (CDC), in order to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and to de-densify the office space, the Career Center is conducting all career advising and career counseling appointments virtually. We will have limited staff availability in office Monday – Thursday between 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and all visitors are required to wear a face covering in order to receive assistance.*

*Drop-in services have been suspended until further notice.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 and guidelines for safety from the Center for Disease Control, all of our traditional on campus recruiting activities such as job fairs, information sessions, informal table recruitment will be hosted virtually until further notice. In order to protect our staff and students, all drop-in career advising services have been suspended until further notice. Services traditionally available during drop-in career advising such as resume review, Handshake assistance and questions about student employment will now be offered by appointment only. For your convenience, we now offer 15, 30 and 60-minute appointment options for Career Advising.

We offer Career Advising and Career Counseling appointments to assist you in your job search and career planning.

Employers

All of our traditional on campus recruiting activities such as job fairs, information sessions, informal table recruitment will be hosted virtually until further notice. Virtual Career Fairs will be offered via the Handshake platform. The Career Center team will work with you to execute your recruiting plans.
