March 4-5, 2021

This Third Annual Conference for Associate Professors is hosted by the Susan B. Butler Center for Leadership Excellence at Purdue University.

The conference program includes a keynote address, panel session, and an NCFDD workshop about planning a semester. Over the course of the conference, there will be opportunities to network, share information, and learn from others in ways that will enable women associates to accelerate their progression to full professor. Although this conference targets women associates, the strategies and insights offered by the keynote speaker, panelists and in the workshop will be useful for all faculty members.

Keynote: Ana Mari Cauce, President, University of Washington

Panel Session: Conversation About Being Promoted to Full Professor

Workshop: “Building a Publishing Pipeline: Concrete Strategies for Increasing Your Writing Productivity” conducted by Dr. Erin Furtak, Professor of STEM Education and Associate Dean. School of Education, University of Colorado at Boulder, on behalf of NCFDD.

Registration is open to all faculty.
