DESCRIPTION:Do you need to set aside time to work on your research? Or do you have other work you need to complete? Perhaps completing a task for a research project\, grading\, recording/creating course content\, reading? Would having some focused time to work on it help? \nIf so\, sign-up to participate in the Work Sprint! A Work Sprint provides a focused block of time and supportive environment for you to commit to and have some level of accountability for accomplishing a task-specific goal. \nLocation\nWork Sprints will be held via Zoom. SUMMARY:Community of Practice: Teaching with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This meeting is for registered participants in the Fall 2024 offering of the Teaching with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Community of Practice (CoP). The purpose of the CoP is to learn and reflect on best practices in teaching with AI. The hope for this learning community is that this will be an AI sandbox of sorts where faculty can come play and learn (more) about AI and how it can be used in their teaching. \nLocation\nAll meetings will be virtual on Thursdays\, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm. See below for dates: \n\nSeptember 26\nOctober 10\nOctober 24\nNovember 7\nNovember 21\n\nRegistered participants will receive an email communication and Outlook invitation with location information and Zoom link to join virtually. \nAudience\nAny Faculty or Instructor teaching a course in the Fall 2024 semester is eligible to participate.
