Our alumni enjoy successful careers in Public Relations, Broadcasting, Visual Communication Design, Public Advocacy, Law, Politics, Education and Journalism. Upon graduation, many graduate students pursue doctoral degrees and now teach at universities across the nation.

We attract students from Indiana, Illinois, the midwestern states and countries including Brazil, China, India, Iran, the Netherlands, Germany, South Korea, the Philippines and Ghana.

Students can customize their education by choosing concentrations and minors within or beyond the department to sharpen professional, artistic and leadership skills that expand career opportunities.
