DESCRIPTION:Intuitive eating is a self-explorative journey to discover flexible eating and movement habits that help you feel your best and promote long-term\, sustainable health. \nShifting the focus from centering health on weight and rigid adherence to diet and exercise plans towards listening for and learning to trust our physical\, emotional and mental signals to guide healthy choices. \n2025 Session Dates and Times\n\nJune 2 to July 21\n\nMondays\, 11 a.m. to Noon CT\n\n\nOctober 27 to December 15\n\nMondays\, 11 a.m. to Noon CT\n\n\n\nRegistration Deadline\n\nTBA\n\nRegister on the Healthy Boiler Portal \n\nHealthy Boiler programs are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan. All programs can be registered via the Healthy Boiler portal unless otherwise specified. All registrations are due before the start of the program and the deadline listed in the description.
