SUMMARY:121 Strong - Healthy Boiler Program
DESCRIPTION:The program is designed to teach the fundamentals of fitness and guide participants as they create individualized programs that are realistic\, manageable and will contribute to their overall health and fitness goals. \nEach class will include both an educational and active component\, and participants will be encouraged to meet with a health coach at the Center for Healthy Living for a pre- and post-program InBody assessment. \n2025 Session Dates and Times\n\nMay 6 to 27\, 2025\n\nTuesdays\, 11 a.m. to Noon CT\n\n\n\nRegistration Deadline\n\nTBA\n\nRegister on the Healthy Boiler Portal \n\nHealthy Boiler programs are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan. All programs can be registered via the Healthy Boiler portal unless otherwise specified. All registrations are due before the start of the program and the deadline listed in the description.
