Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting Procedures at PNW

Maintaining a healthy environment for PNW students, faculty and staff is the top priority of Facilities Services during this unprecedented time.
In anticipation of the spread of COVID-19, PNW implemented additional cleaning precautions across all locations prior to Spring Break to give extra attention to dining facilities, common surfaces in public areas, doors, light switches and door knobs, etc. This cleaning practice has continued throughout both campuses and will continue as long as needed.
Building services has increased cleaning throughout the day in high-traffic areas. PNW’s building service staff is cleaning and disinfecting to meet CDC recommendations to help keep facilities and surfaces as clean as possible. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant have been placed in SULB on the Hammond campus and LSF on the Westville campus for users of these open student spaces.
Please continue to follow social distancing and hand washing recommendations while on campus. Together we can help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
