Community Conversations About COVID-19: Focus on Adaptive Leadership
April 9 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Join the Leadership Institute, the Society of Innovators and a network of other supporters for open, honest conversations about how Northwest Indiana is responding to the COVID-19 crisis. These free remote workshops will be full of resources and helpful connections as we move NWI Forward, together.
This session is led by Purdue Northwest’s Rachel Clapp-Smith, professor of leadership, chair of Managerial Studies and academic advisor to the Leadership Institute at Purdue Northwest.
About the Series
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to wreak havoc on Northwest Indiana, community and industry leaders are battling to adjust to a vastly changed Region. There’s no question that the challenges we’re facing are unprecedented, and there’s also no question that we are facing them head on.
Beginning March 31 and continuing weekly through April, we will touch on a different discussion point or theme. Tuesday afternoons at 3 p.m will be a more open community conversation based on discussion prompts for the week. Thursday afternoons at 3 p.m., we will have more focused conversations by inviting different industry leaders to lead that week’s discussion.
