Deadline: Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE)

PNW faculty are invited to participate in an important survey opportunity. Every two years, PNW administers the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) to select students to gauge their perceptions about academic and student life experiences. This year, the Office of Institutional Research has added the complementary faculty version, the Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE). This additional piece asks instructional staff about their perceptions of student readiness and engagement, as well as faculty-specific perceptions about teaching practices, workloads, and university priorities.
Faculty should watch their university emails for more information, including survey links and deadlines. The survey period runs from March 22 through May 15.
Survey responses are anonymous. Any questions about this project or how PNW plans to use results can be directed to the Office of Institutional Research.
