Hospitality and Tourism Management dinner is back for carry-out this spring semester! Support the HTM learning experience by ordering great food at the ease of your fingertips.
Order and pay online with this contactless experience. Curbside pick-up is available at the HTM Building at 2300 173rd Street, Hammond.
Order Deadline: March 23 at noon
Order Pick-up: March 24 at 5 and 5:30 p.m.

Crepe Soup — $3.50
Homemade hearty crepes simmered in a rich beef broth soup garnished with fresh chives
Saxon Berry Salad — $4.00
Mixed berries, avocado, onion over mixed greens topped with blue cheese crumbles served with balsamic vinaigrette
German “Hunter” Schnitzel — $10.00
Lightly battered and pan-fried pork cutlet with mushroom gravy accompanied with cheese perogies, roasted brussel sprouts and garnished with sauerkraut
