Latino Student Graduation Celebration

Join us for the Latino student graduation celebration!

Graduating Latino students will be presented with a special Latino stole that they can wear at the graduation ceremony. They and their families will be invited to a special celebration that will be held at 6:15 p.m. on May 4 in Founder’s Study, located on the third floor of the Student Union and Library Building on the Hammond Campus.

Light refreshments will be served.

Event Schedule

  • Doors open: 6:15 p.m.
  • Opening speeches by Iris Sanchez, Unidos student leader and Elizabeth Depew: 6:45 p.m.
  • Official presentation of the stoles: 7 p.m.
  • Closing ceremony: 7:30 p.m.
  • Photo ops with Leo: 7:45 p.m.
