Work Meetings Stink! Learn How to Lead Better Meetings

It is estimated that there are 55 million meetings per day in the United States. Unfortunately, many people dread both virtual and in-person meetings. Why are workplace meetings often viewed as painful, unproductive, “time-killers”? Research has shown that there are several reasons why workplace meetings stink and that there are several evidence-based strategies that can make meetings better.

Join the Leadership Institute at Purdue Northwest as we sit down for a virtual conversation with Jane Thomas, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and Fellow at the Leadership Institute at Purdue Northwest. In this month’s Lunch and Lead, Thomas will explore how community and company leaders can plan and lead better meetings.
