Live: Extreme Upper Body Core Workout Without Equipment

Join PNW Fitness Center Exercise Physiologist, John Bobalik, for a high intensity, fast paced class for those at a high level of fitness. The class will consist of the 7 most challenging upper body core exercises with an ab exercise sandwiched between core movements. Exercises in the class will include: Navy Seal push ups, push up and double side planks, oblique twists with a push up, alternating side planks with a push up, plank up-downs with a push up and Navy Seal count down push ups. Expect to crank out 400 push ups by the end of class! NOT a class for beginners, no equipment needed, comfortable clothes, shoes recommended
