Mindfulness Meditation: Coffee with Colleagues

Join PNW’s Sheila Stephenson in a guided mindfulness mediation session. Mindfulness offers ways to calm our mind, reduce stress and gain a sense of peace in everyday life. This can be especially calming now that we are engaged in social distancing and as we prepare to enter the holiday season.
