Save the Dates for 2023 Benefits Enrollment!

Your annual opportunity to select your benefits will take place later this fall. The 2023 benefit open enrollment period is October 25 through November 8, 2022. We understand that these are big decisions for any individual or family, so we want to give you plenty of time to prepare. Information will be shared on a regular basis between now and Open Enrollment to help you understand your options and evaluate the plans.

What to Expect for 2023

For 2023 benefits, here are the key changes or things you can expect:

• No premium increase or change in medical plans.
• Deductible Increase to the Premier High Deductible Health Plan (per IRS regulations) — single coverage will increase by $50 and single coverage plus one or more family members will increase by $100
• New partnership with Carrum Health — access to highly rated providers for bariatric, musculoskeletal, cardiac and sports medicine services. This voluntary program comes with concierge services and a cash incentive. More information will be shared in future communications.
• PNW’s onsite clinic to be managed by One to One Health. Named the Center for Healthy Living at PNW, it will offer the same services via both in-person and virtual appointments.
• Colonoscopy preferred provider agreement with Unity Health.
• Telehealth pilot through the Center for Healthy Living to better serve remote and hybrid employees.

Enrollment Reminders

You are encouraged to review all benefits and actively enroll for 2023 benefit coverage. While several of your benefits will roll forward if you do not actively enroll, some benefits require you to provide additional information annually. This information includes completing the tobacco user certification, spousal coverage and contributions to be made to a savings account.
