From Extreme Abs to R.I.P.P.E.D, explore a variety of ways to stay fit with fitness classes at PNW!
WERQ – Westville Campus
Thursday, November 3 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Cardio dance fitness class based on pop and hip-hop music
Instructor: Shana Matz
R.I.P.P.E.D. – Hammond Campus
Weekly on Monday and Wednesday, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. through December 14
Classes combine Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet
Fee for the sessions (18 classes):

Beginning Abs and Core – Hammond Campus (Free Class)
Weekly on Monday & Wednesday from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the PNW Fitness Center
This 30-minute class is designed for those who would like to learn how to do a variety of ab and core exercises using core balls, stability balls and body weight exercises. Basic, beginning ab & core exercises (like planks, bird dogs, hip lifts, stability ball ab crunches, etc.) will be the focus of the class. All the necessary equipment including floor or yoga mats will be provided.

Advanced Abs and Core – Hammond Campus (Free Class)
Weekly on Monday & Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
This 45-minute, high-intensity, fast-paced class is designed for those who have experience doing ab and core workouts and are looking for a challenging, non-stop class. The class format involves alternating an ab exercise with a core exercise. Many of the exercises in the class involve advanced and challenging movements using a core ball, stability ball or body weight exercises.
NOTE: This is not a class for beginners.

The class format involves alternating an ab exercise with a core exercise. Many of the exercises in the class involve advanced and challenging movements using a core ball, stability ball or bodyweight exercises.
