RAD Defense Class – Westville

Purdue University Northwest Police offer self defense training, via the R.A.D. Systems of Self Defense. These programs for women provide a holistic approach to learning about how to defend yourself. Each program includes lecture, discussion and strategies for resisting physical assault. The Westville Campus will offer the classes in the Library Student Faculty Building (LSF) 144 on Tuesday, November 2, and Wednesdays, Nov. 10 and 17.

The courses are taught by PNW Police personnel who are certified R.A.D. instructors. The programs are free of charge. You must be 13 years old or older to participate. Masks are required.

Enrollment deadline: October 29

*Before upcoming classes, participants are required to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result within the last 72 hours prior to the scheduled class.
