PNW Fitness Center Exercise Specialist Nate Lewis will discuss how easy it is to get lost in all the fitness information that is available online and by word-of-mouth. But all successful fitness routines are made up of the same basic components. You will be guided through the key elements that make up a well-rounded fitness routine that you can do at home! ​
