SULB Water Service Disruption

The water service will be shut off to the Student Union Library Building (SULB) on PNW’s Hammond campus beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday Dec. 15 to repair a water-main leak. The Hammond Water Department could not provide an estimated repair time until the main is exposed.
Facilities is anticipating that SULB will be without water for two to four hours depending on the extent of the repair. All restrooms will be closed in SULB at 9 a.m. and will reopen when water is restored to the building. No other buildings will be affected by this shutoff.
Due to the water shutoff, Chartwells will be closed for the day on Dec. 15. The bookstore and all other portions of SULB will be open and operating as previously scheduled.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and we will notify campus as soon as water service is returned to SULB following the repair.
