Classes are taught by Barbara Goldfarb who has been practicing Vipassana meditation since 1976 and has taught both to community groups and as part of her work as a dance movement therapist. People of all experience levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced meditators. The class takes place indoors at the Railway Depot.
