Walk & Talk with Community Healthcare System

FreeGabis Arboretum and Community Healthcare System are partnering to offer a monthly “Walk & Talk” program. This month’s theme is “Become the Healthiest Version of You.”
Join Danielle Harris, DO, Family Medicine for a casual walk at the Gabis Arboretum. This event is open to all ages and will give participants the chance to learn ten tips to enjoy a healthy and safe summer while taking a walk with Harris.
The group will meet at the Celebration Rose Pavilion and will walk the Heron Pond Trail (0.28 mile). This trail is accessible to wheel-chairs and strollers suitable for mulch. Arboretum admission and program participation are free. Registration is encouraged.
