Live: Abs & Core BEAST Class

A 30-minute extremely challenging, high intensity, fast-pace class doing continuous pushups and sit ups Navy Seal-style. The class begins by doing as many pushups as you can in 20 seconds followed immediately by a ten-second rest-recovery. This first exercise involves doing ten consecutive, non-stop rounds of pushups for five minutes. Second, 50 reps of an abs exercise will be performed. Third, alternating 20 pushups with 20 sit ups for ten non-stop rounds will be completed. Fourth, Navy seal pushups (20 seconds on/ten seconds off for ten-rounds) will be repeated again. The class concludes with 50 reps of an ab exercise.
A total of 500 pushups and 300 sit-ups will be cranked out. This class is more difficult and demanding than the High Intensity Abs and Core class.
Equipment needed: stationary chair, comfortable clothes and shoes recommended
