James Shmagranoff will take you on a 25-minute, High Intensity Full Body Workout. No equipment needed. Improve your muscular strength, physical endurance, increase general physical preparedness and test build your cardio. Class format: 5 minutes dynamic warm-up, 15 minutes intense full body workout, 5 minute cool down.
This is a high paced class and is not for beginners. Comfortable clothes and shoes recommended, no equipment needed
