Live: SilverSneakers SUPER CIRCUIT

Join us for a challenging total body Super Circuit workout. This class combines six body weight ab exercises performed in a chair with six body weight upper and lower body movements. Twelve individual exercises will be done using a circuit format performing one ab exercise followed by one upper or lower body exercise. Fifteen to twenty repetitions of each exercise will be completed.
The exercises will be done in consecutive order without much rest until the twelve Super Circuit exercises have been finished. Class format also includes a brief warm up, a stretching component and a short cool down.
Equipment needed: stationary chair, comfortable clothes, towel and water bottle
