Live: Extreme Upper Body Core Workout Without Equipment

Join PNW Fitness Center Exercise Physiologist, John Bobalik, for a high-intensity, fast-paced class for those at a high level of fitness. The class will consist of the seven most challenging upper body core exercises with an ab exercise sandwiched between core movements.
Exercises in the class will include: Navy Seal push ups, push up and double side planks, oblique twists with a push up, alternating side planks with a push up, plank up-downs with a push up and Navy Seal count down push ups. Expect to crank out 400 push ups by the end of class!
NOT a class forbeginners.
No equipment needed. Comfortable clothes/shoes recommended
