Join PNW Fitness Center Exercise Physiologist John Bobalik for a 30- minute, body-weight abs and core class designed to provide you with a solid base routine for abdominal and core strength while performing a variety of exercise without the use of equipment.
Comfortable clothes and shoes recommended, no equipment needed.
