DESCRIPTION:With guidance by local ceramicist Emily Casella\, you will hand-make a ceramic dish from start to finish\, including glazing. \nWelcoming the new growth of Spring\, participants will have the opportunity to create dishes which can be decorated with texture prints such as feathers\, sticks\, petals\, shells and leaves. \nOnce you’ve completed your artwork\, it will be fired off-site and be available to pick up at the Railway Opening May 2\, 2026! \nMeet at the Depot. \nRegister to Attend \nLimited to 35 participants. Open to all ages. Children 5 and under should be accompanied by an adult. \nProgram participation is free. Arboretum admission fees apply for non-members.

Ephemeral in this context is used to describe the short period of time in which woodland spring wildflowers bloom. \nCome join the naturalist and identify all the spring wildflowers we can find.
