Winter Recess Break Desk and Packages Hours

On major holidays, the desk will be closed and we will not have package distribution hours, however, housing staff will still be available to you via phone 24 hours a day. Please feel free to call us at any time at (219) 989-4150. The days the desk will be closed are:

  • Christmas Day (December 25, 2020)
  • New Year’s Day (January 1, 2021)

While the University is closed during breaks, there will be days that our Griffin Hall desk will remain open to assist you. The desk hours will be modified for the following days and will be open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily other than on the major holidays listed above. Package hours for these days will be 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m only. This modified desk schedule will be for the following days:

  • Monday, December 21, 2020 to Saturday, January 2, 2021
