You will have the same medical plan options and the Anthem/HealthSync network.\nNew provider for voluntary benefits – Securian will administer accident\, critical illness and hospital indemnity insurance.\nNew commuter benefit via HSA Bank – set aside tax-free dollars up to $325 per month – for travel costs to and from work.\nIncrease in allowable amount for Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account – set aside up to $7\,500 in 2026.\nLegal plan enhancement – discounted TurboTax access and unlimited expert support during tax season.\nIncrease to working spouse and tobacco surcharges:\n\nThe surcharge for tobacco users enrolled in medical plans will increase by $250.\nTo maintain eligibility for working spouses to access the Purdue medical plans\, the surcharge for enrolled spouses who do not enroll in their employer’s health plan will increase by $125 (lower medical tier) and $250 (higher medical tier).
