What You’ll Need
Incoming students can receive their ID card at New Student Orientation. Just bring:
- Your official class schedule for the current semester – either a digital or printed copy
- A government issued photo ID (drivers’ license, state ID, passport)
- Student Worker ID Badge Request form completed and signed by your supervisor
- A government issued photo ID (drivers’ license, state ID, passport) OR your PNW student ID
- Receipt for your $15 replacement fee payment (pay at the Bursar’s Office)
- Your official class schedule for the current semester – either a digital or printed copy
- A government-issued photo ID (drivers’ license, state ID, passport)
