Information Services (IS) division is made up of 6 departments, namely: Customer Service Center (CSC), Enterprise Applications Services (EAS), Technological Infrastructure Services (TIS), Information Security and Services (ISS), Learning Technologies (LT), and the University Library.
Customer Service Center provides students, faculty and staff with a single point of contact for most technology services and support issues.
Enterprise Application Services provides students, faculty and staff with support services that permit easy and secure access to student information.
Information Security Services leads information security efforts at the University level. It creates, develops, and maintains a digital security operation to serve PNW and the community.
Learning Technologies provides support for instructional software, academic and classroom technology.
Technological Infrastructure Services installs, manages, secures and supports core enterprise information technology infrastructure and related services via the following units; Networking, General Server Administration, Operations, and Telecommunications.
The University Library are on the second floor of the Student Union and Library Building (Hammond campus) and LSF Building (Westville campus). During the fall and spring semesters, the library is open 89 hours per week including nights and weekends. The library’s electronic resources are available 24/7 via remote access.
