Pay Your Tuition
The Calumet campus will post the U.S. dollar equivalent to your student account, generally two to five days after local bank initiates payment.
If your local currency is not an option available in the system, you will need to choose another currency on the list to arrange your Bank to Bank transfer, or contact the Bursar’s Office for more information.
For general inquiries about the payment process, please contact Western Union at email@example.com or call 877-218-8829.
If you do not pay your tuition by the payment deadline, you will be dropped from your courses. If you are in the United States at that time, this will seriously affect your immigration status and put your I-20 at risk of being terminated.
Refund Policy and Schedule
Tuition and fees may be refunded for withdrawal prior to the official drop date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must withdraw within the refund period. To officially withdraw from classes, after classes begin, students on campus must submit an Add/Drop card to the Office of the Registrar, located in the Enrollment Services Center (Lawshe Hall, Room 130). Prior to the beginning of classes, you can drop courses on-line.
Note: By not attending classes you have not officially withdrawn from your classes at Purdue University Northwest. You must follow the withdrawal procedure outlined above to be officially withdrawn from a course. Failure to do so could result in getting a failing grade in the class.
Please know that the refund schedule changes every semester. In order to the current refund schedule and last day to drop classes in the current semester, please check online or contact the Office of the Registrar in Lawshe 130 at (219) 989-2210 if you have any questions.
