What You’re Supporting
The Purdue University Northwest Leadership Institute is a growing hub of leadership development in our Region.
We proudly serve the seven counties of Northwest Indiana with professional development programs intended to prepare great leaders who will help assure the region’s vitality and quality of life in the increasingly competitive global environment. Our signature programs have been redesigned through an active relationship with PNW faculty and leadership experts.
Our programs include:
- Leadership Northwest Indiana, a 10-month program for leaders to help them identify areas for growth with time to intentionally practice their skills. Our goal is that each participant will become a more authentic, vibrant leader who can then share his/her gifts with communities across Northwest Indiana.
- Youth Leadership Programs, a portfolio of programs strategically designed for high school students focused on guiding participants toward professional growth, leadership exposure and civic engagement.
