Build your network of colleagues, develop your leadership skills and have fun exploring evidence-based leadership practices. Our programs help high-school students identify areas for growth with time to intentionally practice their skills.
Our Goal
We aim to guide each participant on their journey to become a more authentic, vibrant leader who can then share his/her gifts with communities across Northwest Indiana.
Our Focus
We focus on guiding our participants toward professional growth, leadership exposure and civic engagement through skill-building sessions.
Regional leaders will join us to share their skills and insight into the region’s culture, assets and leadership challenges.
