What if my classroom does not have equipment or AV?
Please submit a ticket through the Customer Service Center through email at email@example.com or by phone at 219-989-2888.
The Audio Visual Staff offers ‘Meet and Greets; to assist you with setting up and operating your classroom equipment. To request this service, please contact the AV staff by contacting the Customer Service Center by either phone at 219-989-2888 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This should be requested at least a two days before your class starts, and a technician will arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time.
