SUMMARY:Free Workshop for Faculty & Staff - Anxiety Toolbox
DESCRIPTION:The PNW Counseling Center would like to invite faculty and staff to consider participating in our latest emotional well-being workshop: Anxiety Toolbox. \nThe workshop will be provided to students during the academic year to assist them in learning knowledge and skills in anxiety management. \nWe are extending the offer to participate in the FREE workshop so that faculty and staff can have some exposure to the type of programming the Counseling Center develops to support students. We also wish to encourage the mental health and wellness of our entire campus community! \nRegister Here \nThe workshop consists of two 1.5-hour sessions dedicated to helping participants: \n\nUnderstand anxiety\nLearn methods for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety\nDevelop alternative responses to anxiety\n\nFeel free to reach out by phone at 219-989-2366 if you have any additional questions.
