Continuing Lecturer in Organizational Leadership and Supervision


Rex Mudge is currently a continuous lecturer for CoT in leadership, organizational change, industrial relations and Human Resources. His focus is preparing students for success in leadership roles.

I am excited to be at PNW, working and challenging my students in a positive, respectful manner to be more effective leaders, sharing my successes (and avoiding making the mistakes that can be avoided) expediting their success. To quote Eleanor Roosevelt, "Learn from the mistakes of others. You can't live long enough to make them all yourself."

Teaching Focus

My major academic focus is aimed at providing student centered experiential learning promoting an understanding of organizational, managerial and leadership skills and analysis, preparing them for career success beyond their technical, task oriented skills.Bringing years of experience in leadership strategies, human resource strategic planning and execution into the classroom environment engaging students in challenging techniques and experiential learning through research and case studies.

Previous Roles

Outside of PNW I have had the opportunities to hold senior and HR leadership roles in privately held organizations, fortune 500 companies, international organizations and president of my own consulting business from retail/wholesale, engineering, and service industries.
