The Society of Innovators at Purdue Northwest is launching a full year of programming in 2020 that includes interactive monthly workshops, an innovation masterclass series, partner events and even more networking opportunities.

Monthly Innovation Workshops
The Society of Innovators’ monthly workshops provide a hands-on environment that connects you with the people, tools and resources that drive growth. Each workshop highlights a key component of innovation, led by an experienced professional, and provides a stage for you to stretch your minds and network. Unless noted otherwise on the event page, workshops will take place in Purdue Northwest’s meeting facility in Portage, IN from 8:00-10:00a.

Jumpstart Innovation Masterclass Series
The Society of Innovators at Purdue Northwest is partnering with Gregg Fraley Innovation (GFi) to host a series of six innovation-training masterclasses in 2020. The Jumpstart Innovation Learning Series seeks to train innovators and entrepreneurs in essential innovation skills. Participants are managers, project leaders, small business owners, and those charged with leading innovation programs.
The content of the sessions includes basic innovation skills and deliberate creative problem solving. Over the course of the series, more advanced topics in cutting-edge innovation strategy, branding, culture building, and project management are trained.
The Jumpstart Innovation Masterclass Series is offered as a subscription package, with each module advancing participant knowledge about innovation in a new way. However, participants can also buy a specific module of interest. Regardless if you join us one time of for the full season, participants will walk away with highly useful and actionable knowledge in theory, practice, and tools for starting up and running innovation programs.
The cost of the series is $599 for all six workshops. Purchased individually, the workshops are $149 each. Each all-day session will take place at the Society of Innovators at Purdue Northwest in their Portage, IN meeting facility.

The Economist Innovation Summit
The Society of Innovators at Purdue Northwest has partnered with The Economist Innovation Summit, scheduled for March 5, 2020 in Chicago.
At this year’s summit, we will gather to imagine the company of the future, and the social and political forces that will shape it. We will analyse the ways in which firms need to serve stakeholders as well as shareholders, and how their purpose will need refining in the years to come.
