Gifts to PNW, as designated by the
donors, will be used to support student scholarships, academic programs, athletics and other university strategic initiatives.
In addition to generous contributions by donors, bonus funds are awarded to leaders in overall donations and participation. Internally, Purdue Northwest held its own participation competition. Chancellor Thomas Keon awarded $5,000 to the unit that achieved the most participation on Day of Giving. The winner of this competition was the College of Business, which succeeded in getting 73 unique donors to make gifts to the college.
