Classes will be offered every Monday, April 4 to June 27, from 10 to 11 a.m. and 6 to 7 p.m.

T’ai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese system of exercise practiced today for its health benefits and as a system of self-defense. Often called “meditation in motion,” t’ai chi combines physical, mental and spiritual development while focusing and calming the mind and unifying the body.

T’ai Chi offers many benefits, including improved body awareness and agility, improved concentration and focuses as well as stress reduction.

All classes will take place outdoors and will move indoors during inclement weather. The class will meet in The Sidetrack.

Program Fees

Per Class

$10 member/$15 non-member.

Barbara has been doing Vipassana Meditation since 1976 and has taught meditation both to clients in her work as a creative arts therapist and to community members in Elkhart, IN.

T’ai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese system of exercise practiced today for its health benefits and as a system of self-defense. Often called “meditation in motion,” t’ai chi combines physical, mental and spiritual development while focusing and calming the mind and unifying the body.

T’ai Chi offers many benefits, including improved body awareness and agility, improved concentration and focuses as well as stress reduction.

All classes will take place outdoors and will move indoors during inclement weather. The class will meet in The Sidetrack.
