2026-27 Student Research Funding Opportunities

Dear PNW Students,

The Undergraduate Research Office is pleased to announce the following research and scholarly opportunities for the 2026–27 academic year:

Undergraduate Research Grant Program

Supports faculty-mentored undergraduate research and creative projects. Students may apply individually for up to $500 or as a team for up to $1,000. Fall application deadline is Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

Senior Design/Capstone Grant Program

Provides funding for individual or team-based senior design and capstone projects completed under the guidance of a PNW faculty mentor. Fall application deadline is Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

Student Conference Presentation Awards Program

Provides financial support for undergraduate and graduate students presenting research, scholarly work, or creative projects at professional conferences or competitions. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through April 2027, subject to funding availability.
