Introduction

Julie is currently a third-year doctoral student working toward earning her Psy.D. degree in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Aurora University. Julie has clinical experience working with a diverse population at a behavioral health hospital. She is currently investigating the impact that Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) have on academic success as part of her doctoral dissertation project. Julie approaches therapy and conceptualization primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective and incorporates additional aspects of various evidence-based treatments to best suit the needs of her client.
