Introduction

Kristen has recently graduated with a Psy.D. from Midwestern University and previously received a B.A. and M.A. in clinical psychology from Governors State University. Kristen has clinical experience working in a variety of clinical settings with diverse individuals. She approaches therapy and conceptualizes from an Adlerian framework, which emphasizes understanding each individual in their unique context. Kristen is interested in and has experience working with clients with mood and anxiety concerns as well as existential and transitional issues. She is passionate about helping people to overcome challenges, feel secure in who they are, and find their path in life.
