Esports Call-out Meeting and Tryouts

January 16, 2026 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

If you are interested in trying out for the PNW Esports program, we invite you to both our callout meeting and tryouts in the Esports Arena (SULB 103)!

The callout meeting is this Friday, January 16, at 4 p.m. in the Calumet Falls lounge outside the Esports Arena. This meeting will cover the tryout schedule for next week and expectations for being part of this program and any of our varsity teams. It will also be an opportunity to answer any questions you may have. We highly encourage all students interested to attend!

Tryouts will take place next week, with the following schedule:

  • Valorant: Wednesday, January 21, 5 to 7 p.m.
  • Marvel Rivals: Tuesday, January 20, 5 to 7 p.m. 
  • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate: Tuesday, January 20, 5 to 7 p.m. 
  • Rocket League: Wednesday, January 21, 5 to 7 p.m. 
  • League of Legends: Thursday, January 22, 5 to 7 p.m. 
  • Overwatch 2: Thursday, January 22, 7 to 9 p.m.

If you are not able to attend the tryout date due to classes, finals or another situation, please reach out to Head Coach Xavier Patterson at shifty._ on Discord or xpatters@purdue.edu!
