Hike with a Hawk
January 17, 2026 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Have you dreamed of observing a hawk?
Come join Shellie Barron, a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, and her red-tailed hawk on a hike of the Arboretum. The hike will focus on birds of prey and spotting them on the trail. We will also look for songbirds, woodpeckers, and waterfowl that do not migrate.
Please bring binoculars if possible. Please do not bring dogs to this hike as it will disturb the hawk.
Meet at the Depot.
Limited to 20 participants.
Program participation is free. Arboretum admission fees apply for non-members.
