Lunch and Lead Series: Vulnerable Leadership and Trusting Yourself
May 11, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
A Look Ahead
Becoming a better leader cannot be achieved solely through training and skill development. Becoming a stronger leader takes vulnerability. It requires you to become truly vulnerable to yourself and your team.
In next month’s Lunch and Lead, PNW’s own Britt Hudson will discuss vulnerable leadership and how to trust yourself to be a better leader for the people you work with.
About the Speaker
Britt Hudson (she/her/hers) currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students at Purdue University Northwest. Britt is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis (B.S. in Computer Information Systems) and Indiana State University (M.S. in Student Affairs and Higher Education.
Two of her professional values are creating greater access to higher education for people in historically marginalized groups and leading with a lens of being vulnerable and authentic to self. Britt continues to look for opportunities to champion change and make PNW a more welcoming environment for students from all walks of life.
