PNW faculty and researchers are cordially invited to attend a talk titled, Overview of the Office of Research and Strategic Priorities, by Dan DeLaurentis, Purdue’s Executive Vice President for Research.
DeLaurentis will share insights into Purdue’s research priorities and opportunities for collaboration across the Purdue system.
Registration is not required, but highly encouraged.
This event is organized by the Purdue Northwest Office of the Chancellor, Purdue University Executive Vice President for Research, and the Purdue Northwest Center for Innovation through Visualization and Simulation (CIVS).

About Daniel DeLaurentis, Ph.D.
Daniel DeLaurentis is the Executive Vice President for Research (EVPR) and the Bruce Reese Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Purdue University. As EVPR, he serves as the University’s Senior Research Officer, responsible for advancing the scale and impact of Purdue’s research enterprise and supporting faculty-driven success through cross-college collaboration.
DeLaurentis previously served as Chief Scientist of the U.S. Department of Defense Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC) UARC. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue. DeLaurentis has been elected Fellow of both the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).
