
Pop-Up Workshop Series: Meditations & Muffins

Join the Office of Student Life and the PNW Counseling Center to learn about meditation and ways to cope with stress.
The Pop-Up Pantry Workshop Series is a set of workshops designed to support student success. Each workshop combines hands-on activities with a themed snack to encourage students to participate in discussions.
Each session will be guided by a First-Generation Student Success member as well as a knowledgeable expert in the subject matter presented. Meditation & Muffins focuses on mental health and wellness. Join us to discuss how to meditate to improve studying techniques and attention span.
